  • • First-time subscribers
  • • Account in good standing (no violations of terms)

⚠️ Partial or No Refund:

  • • Requests made after 30 days from subscription start
  • • Free plan (no payment to refund)
  • • Accounts terminated for terms violations
  • • Previously refunded subscriptions

How to Request a Refund

We typically respond within 24 hours and process refunds within 3-5 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Here's what happens when you cancel:

Immediate Cancellation

Access to paid features stops immediately. You'll be switched to the free plan.

End of Billing Cycle

Access continues until your current billing period ends, then switches to free plan.

Note: Cancellation is different from requesting a refund. If you cancel within 30 days and want a refund, you'll need to specifically request one via email.
